Inclusions
- Cost of design is included in the quotation
- Cost of scaffolding is included
- Cost of aluminium sections, MS sections if any is included
- Cost of ACP material is included
- Cost of light and any other fixtures is included
- Transportation cost of all the above material is included in the quotation
- Cost of labour involved in fixing is included in the quotation
Exclusions
- Electricity to be supplied by the client
- Any civil work like masonry, demolition, facade correction is additional
- Cost of painting will be additional
- Cost of electrical wiring supply to the board will be additional
- Cost of any plumbing work to direct rainwater will be additional
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- The senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- Any scope which is not mentioned in the above services list is considered the additional scope and mutually agreed by the client
