What we do
- Site visit is the first step
- Based on the current condition we decide the number of doors and windows be changed.
- Measurements will be taken for all the doors and windows
- A material selection like the type of wood, Aluminium, or UPVC is key in arriving at the right estimate
- If wood then Decision to change only the shutter or frame with shutter for the windows will be decided
- If wood then the Decision to change only the door or door with frames will be decided
- Suitable Grill design will be discussed with the client
- Suitable locks, hinges and other accessories will be discussed with the client
- Estimation and the commercial proposal is provided to the client
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.

Inclusions
- Careful removal of existing doors and windows – The remains will be handed over to the client
- All masonry works with respect to the removal and refixing of the doors and window frames are included in the cost
- All windows and doors will be made to fit and there will not be any onsite carpentry works.
- Accurate measurements will be taken in advance and they are manufactured in the factory before reaching the site
- In the case of Aluminum and UPVC, the sections are made to fit on site.
- Cost of material and labour is included in this quotation
- Transportation cost is also included in this quotation
- Anti termite coating will be made on the new wooden windows and doors
Exclusions
- Repainting the walls is the additional scope and the cost of painting will be provided during the estimation stage to the client
- Disposal of old doors and windows is of additional scope and if required we can always support you.
- Any cladding or tiling is done in the walls and if the rework is required to be done then it will be additional scope
- If lintel beam is not present in the windows and doors then it will be an additional cost
- If sill level concrete (DPC) is not present in the windows we will provide with additional cost to avoid any cracks in the future.
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Enginner or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work related material.
