Demolition of a whole building which can be a house or an office or an industrial setup. The building is torn down into pieces leaving behind valuable items which can be of reuse. The building is brought down either mechanically or manually depending upon the demolition plan and method used for demolition Sledgehammers, Excavators, cranes are often the common equipment used in the process of demolition

 

Before every demolition, a proper analysis of the existing building structural, municipal, and neighbourhood survey is necessary for a safe demolition process. Once analyzed we come with a demolition plan of action to kick start and sail through the demolition procedure.

When

  • When you build a new house or office the existing structure needs to demolish in a careful and quick manner.
  • Suitable precautionary measures are to be taken before you start the demolition process
  • The existing electrical power supply is to be surrendered to the local EB departments.
  • The existing power lines are to be re-arranged in such a way that the electrical supply is curtailed in the main junction point.
  • The electrical supply in all the rooms of the house must be made dummy.
  • The water supply connection also must be curtailed at the municipal entry point of the house.

What we do

On-site inspection, we evaluate the cost of demolition considering the following

 

  • Time taken to for the overall demolition of the house considering the neighbouring properties and approach road of the property to be demolished
  • Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry wood items if any which can be reused during the process of demolition
  • The commercial proposal provided to the client as whole scope turnkey – complete demolition including removing all material available in the site
  • Full site clean up up to the road level is proposed to the client
  • On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.
  • Hassle-free demolition done by our team for the client

Inclusions

  • Demolition equipment cost is included in this quotation
  • The cost of labour required for demolition is included
  • The transportation cost for clearing all the material is included in the proposal
  • All loading charges of any of the material is included in the scope
  • All electrical, plumbing, steel, concrete, bricks, and everything else is cleared from the site

Exclusions

  • Existing EB line surrendering is of the client’s scope
  • Existing water connection surrounded is in the clients scope
  • Any damage which occurs in the neighbouring building during the course of demolition and rectification if any to be done will be of additional scope
  • In the case of wall to wall construction we require the client to handle any complaints raised by neighbours for a swift and speedy demolition
  • Any plastering or civil work to be done in the neighbour building will be of additional cost.

General Instructions

  • Time plan will be provided to the client
  • General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
  • Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
  • The senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
  • For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
  • The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
  • However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work related material.
