A sanity check of your home or office’s existing electrical system is a regular maintenance activity that is to be carried out once in 5 to 10 years. Incoming power lines, Electric meter, panel board, Electrical boxes, wiring, switch controls, appliances, distribution boards, lights, and equipment
form the major part of your home electrical system.
Repair and Care of the electrical system are of utmost importance with respect to changing technologies in electrical circuits as well as appliances. One of the keys to a safe working electrical system is to check whether all circuits are properly grounded.
When
- When there is a short circuit or voltage tripping/fluctuations at home or office then its recommended checking the electrical system
- If it’s an 30+ years old house then a sanity check of all switch and socket points along with wiring check is mandatory.
- If your light switch is loosened by continuous switching on/off its time to change the light switch
- The above point is applicable for all other switches as well.
- Old wiring can also be a point to check to avoid any fire and short circuit in your residence
What we do
- Inspection of site by a qualified Electrical engineer to address the present condition of the existing Electrical system.
- Customer feedback regarding the electrical issues faced by them is understood by the team
- Suitable technical resolutions are provided to the client along with a commercial proposal
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.
- We complete the filling job in a couple of days and provide and clean, neat, and leveled property to the client.
Inclusions
- Cost of all electrical items is included in the quotation
- Cost of all Electrical labour is included in the quotation
- Any civil work with respect to cutting the walls, refining, and replastering if any are included in the quotation
- Any small repainting required by the client will be done at this cost
Exclusions
- If the client requires complete repainting then it will be of additional cost
- The cost of repainting will be explained to the client for final approval
- The cost of Electrical appliances, lights, fittings will be of additional cost
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- Any scope which is not mentioned in the above services list is considered additional scope and mutually agreed by the client
