  • On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project

  • The quotation will be all-inclusive quote
  • The cost of Design is included in the quote
  • All exterior works like
    • Civil
    • Electrical work including fittings
    • Demolition
    • Facade cladding
    • Scaffolding
    • Landscape and flooring is any will be included in the scope”

Exclusions

  • Any work which is not mentioned in the above is considered out of scope
  • Electrical supply to be provided by the client
  • Water Supply to be provided by the client
  • Any painting to be done will be out of scope
  • A suitable painting quotation will also be provided to the client and on agreement, we will complete the work

General Instructions

  • Time plan will be provided to the client
  • General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
  • Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
  • Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
  • For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
  • The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
  • However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
  • Finally, its a team work we request the support of the client, and we too as a company will assure you the best of quality, workmanship and on-time service support.
