False ceilings are the second layer of ceiling clinging to the bottom of the original roof slab with the help of Alumunium or wooden sections. They mask the original RCC slab and adds glamour to the overall ambience of the building with their various designs, colours, textures, patterns, layers.
They are the key frontrunners in helping the lighting industry to exhibit various light options, multicoloured, cove lighting etc. There are 3 key materials used in False ceiling – Gypsum, POP, Wooden false ceiling. All these 3 materials put together open up to numerous possibilities in design, colours, patterns etc. From contemporary to rustic to heritage these materials (Gypsum/POP/Wood) provide an imaginative illusion to the onlookers with their varied options. They provide good acoustical touch to the overall space, also provide insulation in bringing down the heat and naturally hides all electrical wiring.
When
- If you do not have a false ceiling or if your existing false ceiling is too old or plain or dilapidated
- These ceilings can be created in your Living room, dining room, bedroom, balcony, Pooja room, storeroom etc

What we do
- Site visit, photographs of the existing space along with actuals measurements will be taken.
- Various Design inspirations will be shown to the client to understand their likes and requirements will be gathered
- A 3D visualization of the space will be created and shared with the client
- Based on reviews, 3D concept and material will be finalized along with the client
- Estimation and the commercial proposal is provided to the client
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.
Inclusions
- Cost of 3D design is included in this proposal
- Cost of False ceiling material like Gypsum/Support sections, labour, transportation is included
- Cost of all Electrical wiring, Electrical fittings finalised during the 3D design stage is included
- Cost of LED light fittings are included in this proposal
- Painting putty and 2 coats of interior emulsion paint are included in the proposal.
- Scaffolding, staging and levelling equipment to be used are inclusive.
Exclusions
- Painting if any to be done in the walls are additional scope
- Any Electrical socket points to be provided in the walls will be an additional cost.
- Any light fixture to be added after 3D finalization will be an additional cost
- Any old false ceiling present in the premises will be discarded by the client
- If we have to remove the existing false ceiling then it would attract additional cost for removal and disposal.
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
- Finally, its a team work we request the support of the client and we too as a company will assure you the best of the quality, workmanship and on-time service support.
