What we do
- Site visit, photographs of the existing space, and actuals measurements will be taken.
- Material selection (Tile, Granite, Vinyl, Wooden), design, laying pattern, and colour will be discussed with the client.
- Estimation and the commercial proposal is provided to the client
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.
- A new and charming flooring according to your likes will be provided to the client
Inclusions
- Demolition of existing flooring is included
- Disposal of demolished flooring is included
- Surface preparation will be done before laying the new flooring
- Cost of material, labour, and all other material is included in the quotation
- Skirting is inclusive of this scope
- Spacers if any required is included in the scope
- If marble flooring is selected then diamond cut polishing is included in this scope
- If wooden flooring is selected plain cement flooring for evenness of surface is done.
- Room doors will be removed before flooring and they will be refined after flooring
Exclusions
- Painting if any to be done in the walls are additional scope
- If any of the wooden door frames or the door is not good or any termite issues are there then a replacement will be of additional scope.
- All furniture and electronic appliances movement in the respective work area is of additional scope
- Electricity and water to be provided by the client free of cost
- Any relocation of furniture which is permanently fixed in the existing flooring is of additional scope
- While demolishing if we find the surface beneath the existing flooring not strong or hollow than the cost of filling is additional scope
- Surface readiness by PCC or any lean concrete will be of additional scope
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
