- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.

Inclusions
- Cost of material, labour, adhesives will be inclusive of this quotation
- Transportation cost will be inclusive of the quotation
- Any plumbing provisions to be disconnected and reconnected during the course of work are inclusive of this quotation
- The counter top will be made to fit as per the dimensions we have taken during the quotation stage.
- There will not be any onsite work on the client site.
- Suitable adhesives and binding agents will be used to fix the counter top.
- All utensils which are to be relocated to another room will be done free of cost with the help of the client.
- A clean site will be handed over to the client after completing all works – No hassle for our clients.
- Gas cylinder provision will be provided as per the existing setup.
Exclusions
- Any task which is not mentioned in the above work is considered as the additional scope and agreed by the client
- Water and Electricity is required to be provided by the client free of cost
- Any plumbing fitting like the sink, tap, etc changing will be of the additional cost.
- If the client would like to change the sanitary installations suitable quote will be provided during the estimation stage
- Any scope of work below the counter doors and partitions will be considered additional works.
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
