- On site visit, we understand the area available in the property and we link the requirements of the client
- With available area and the clients need we propose a suitable design to the client
- “Along with the design we understand the clients budget and we discuss the various materials available in the marketplace which will fit
the requirement as well as the budget” - A techno commercial proposal is given to the client for review
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completing our scope
- A cute and economical mini shed is provided to the client
Inclusions
The proposal will be an all-inclusive quotation and the following are included
- Cost of structural steel like pipes, tubes, I sections, wooden rafters etc which will be as per design
- Cost of roofing materials like Galvalume sheet, GI sheet, Cement sheet, wooden planks, timber deck, terracotta tiles etc
- Painting cost
- Flooring cost
- Steel/Aluminum/UPVC/wooden Windows for ventilation if any
- Civil work
Exclusions
- Any task which is not mentioned in the above work is considered as the additional scope and agreed by the client
- Electrical supply to be provided by the client
- Water Supply to be provided by the client
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
- Finally, its a team work we request the support of the client, and we too as a company will assure you the best of quality, workmanship and on-time service support.
