- Estimation and the commercial proposal is provided to the client
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost, and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.

Inclusions
- All material and labour is included in the quote
- Any corresponding electrical and plumbing work will be included in the quote
- Disposal of debris
- Waterproofing will be done on the mother slab before filling and tiling
- Chipping and removal of old tiles, old plumbing lines
Exclusions
- Any work that is not mentioned in the estimate will be additional cost
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
