What we do
- On-site inspection the overall area to be painted is measured in the property
- After a brief discussion and understanding of the client’s favourite colours a concept is shared with the client
- The various designs, textures, patterns and corresponding moderate to luxury paints are explained and discussed with the client
- On concept approval, a technical and commercial proposal is submitted to the client.
- On agreement, we sign up with the final cost and a time plan is shared with the client for completion of the project.
- A beautiful, fresh, colourful and clean property is handed over to the client
Inclusions
- Concept cost is included in the overall quotation
- Cost of paint, material, and other accessories are also included in the quotation.
- Cost of labour is also included in the quotation
- Before painting, all surfaces and furniture will be covered by tarpaulin sheets to avoid any paint drops and stain
- After painting the floor and other areas will be cleaned and handed over to the client
- Any other types of equipment like ladder or staging cost will be included in this quotation
Exclusions
- Any masonry work to be done for any uneven surface will be of additional cost
- Any loose electrical fitting correction and refixing if any will be of additional cost
- Furniture movement if any from one place to another will be of additional cost
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- Any scope which is not mentioned in the above services list is considered additional scope and mutually agreed by the client
