What we do
- Site visit is imminent in understanding the scope of the client’s requirement.
- Hence our team will visit the project site to understand and discuss with the client on the following areas Scaffolding type, Coverage area, Duration of Scaffolding, Single or multi stage scaffolding in the case of casuarina poles scaffolding
- Based on a brief discussion we provide our commercial estimate to the client
- On agreement, we sign up with final cost and a time plan is shared with the client for completing the scaffolding
Inclusions
- The quotation will be inclusive of the following
- Scaffolding material
- Labour for installation
- Transportation
- Cost includes scaffolding and removal of scaffolding all other accessories and any material required is included in the cost
- Once the scaffolding is removed a clean site will be handed over to our client
- Site status photos will be shared with the client on WhatsApp and email for future reference
Exclusions
- Any other civil work which is in line or to is done along with the scaffolding process is out of scope.
- If any civil work is to be done we can provide an estimate to the client and on agreement, we can initiate along with the scaffolding
- Any material to be moved internally within the property will be of additional scope
- However suitable cost for material movement will also be provided to the client during the estimation stage.
- Electricity to be provided by the client at free of cost
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
