Reality check of your existing flooring. Weak cement flooring on the mother slab of your building. Existing tiles on the terrace are broken due to continuous exposure to rain and extreme weather conditions. The groove joints of the tiles are eroded and a pocket is developed allowing water to enter the mother slab. The existing tiles are detached from the below slab or the weathering course. Existing tiles have developed porous pockets on the surface of the tiles. Horizontal or vertical crack formation in the existing flooring.

Inclusions
- A quotation will be an all inclusive scope
- Cost of demolition, disposal, tiles, cement, sand, grouting and waterproofing agents will be inclusive in the contract
- Any electrical and plumbing lines are present in the flooring will be changed if necessary after verifying the condition.
- Transportation of material to the site will be inclusive of the quotation.
- Disposal of material will be inclusive of the project.
- Surface preparation and any other activity with respect to the flooring will be inclusive of the scope.
- A clean site will be handed over to the client after completing all works – No hassle for our clients.
- Site status photos will be shared to the client on WhatsApp and email for future reference
Exclusions
- Any task which is not mentioned in the above work is considered as the additional scope and agreed by the client
- Parapet wall painting will mostly be an activity that is to be completed after the new flooring which will be an additional cost
- Cost effective and competitive painting quote will be provided to the client in the estimation stage along with the flooding quotation
- Any material to be moved from the terrace will be of additional scope.
- However suitable cost for material movement will also be provided to the client during the estimation stage.
- Electricity to be provided by the client at free of cost
- Water to be provided by the client at free of cost
General Instructions
- Time plan will be provided to the client
- General working hours will be from 9 Am to 6 PM between Mondays to Saturdays
- Qualified Engineers will handle the ground-level staff as well as the client.
- Senior project engineer will check the site progress, material quality, and workmanship of the project.
- For all customer related queries, the client can contact the junior Engineer or Senior project engineer.
- The workers who visit your home are background verified and are free from any legal issues.
- However, we request clients to safeguard all their household stuff and the company will not be responsible for any loss of non work-related material.
